Built for printers you already own
Endeavour is a medium RC tank designed from the ground up for desktop FDM printers. Every part fits a 220 × 220 mm bed (Prusa MK4, Bambu A1, Ender 3, Voron 0). Tolerances are tested across PLA+, PETG and TPU 95A so you can mix materials where it matters — rigid hull, flexible track links, dampened wheels.
What's in the kit
- STL files — every part separated, oriented and pre-supported where needed.
- 3MF project — opens in PrusaSlicer or Cura with print jobs already grouped to fit your bed.
- STEP source — full parametric model so you can resize mounts or swap motors.
- PDF assembly guide — 40 pages, photographed step-by-step.
- Electronics bill of materials — exact motor, ESC, receiver and battery models we tested with.
Print time and material
Total filament is roughly 850 g — about 700 g PETG for hull and turret, 120 g TPU 95A for tracks and wheel dampers, plus a handful of PLA+ details. Net print time on a 220 mm Prusa is 30 to 40 hours, split across 6-8 print jobs you can queue overnight.
Drive and control
Two 12V geared motors drive independent track sets through a metal-pin gear train. A dual-channel ESC and any 6-channel RC receiver give you full skid-steer control. The turret rotates on a single 9 g servo; the gun barrel can be locked or swapped for an airsoft module.
Support
If a slicer profile fights your printer or a part snaps during assembly, write to info@martyxindustries.com. We reply within 24 hours and ship a fixed STL or refund the kit if the issue is on us.
